Smoking Policy/Locations: Non-Smoking building – NO Smoking in stairwells. The ONLY areas where smoking is permitted are: INSIDE the loading dock and in the smoking area off of the Plaza on Trade Street at the covered entrance to Founders Hall.
After Hours Policies: Call the building automation system at 704-377-0340 to request after hours lighting.  Any request for lighting is free.  Bank of America assocaites are to call the Corporate Workplace Help Line at 800-698-4400 for after hours heating/air conditioning. Advance notice is requested. The cost to Bank of America is $25.00 per hour per floor.  Non-Bank tenants are to call the Tenant 704-377-0340 for after hours heating/air conditioning.  The costs varies per tenant.

Services: The building is equipped with a state-of-the-art security system and is staffed 24-hour per day, 365 days per year. The security console is located in the main lobby and is always staffed.
After Hours Services/Policies: After 11:00 P.M. access to the building is permitted through entrances at the front and the skywalk via card access. Sign-in is required with the security guard in the security console after-hours and with the Dock Administrator in the loading dock during normal hours. All contractors and vendors must sign in to receive a building contractor badge.

Frequency: Runs every 7 to 10 minutes; a round trip takes 17 to 20 minutes.

Loading Dock Hours: CCDockMaster@bellsouth.net The building has two (2) primary freight elevators. All scheduling requests for the freight elevators should be made with the dock administrator. M-F 5:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. & Sat 7:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. All other times by appt.

Multipurpose Room: The building conference room is located on the 41st floor and can accommodate groups of different sizes with various layouts of seating and tables. For availability and scheduling of this room please contact the Management Office.
Recycling Program: Paper & cardboard recycling available on each floor. For questions concerning the recycling program on your floor, contact the Management Office at 704-331-0917.
